Fully automated production cell: Specialized in forming small tubes (bead pressing)

This solution combines precision, efficiency, and safety. The system consists of several centrally controlled stations, such as vibrators, spiral separators, and a 3-axis handling system.

Electronically monitored pre-assembly

This ensures precise and reproducible processes.

It is supplemented by the use of a fully electric joining press,

which provides maximum precision and comprehensive process control during the assembly of component parts.

Fully automated bending and assembly line

Development & Concept Creation

Commissioning

After completion, the system is assembled and installed directly on site. We support you in integrating it into your production process and check that the machine is functioning properly.
